As a dedicated manufacturing facility specializing in stamping and CNC machining, we are pleased to announce the latest addition to our product line: high-performance aluminum alloy drone frames. Designed for both industrial and commercial UAV applications, these frames are produced entirely in-house, ensuring strict quality control and rapid turnaround.
Why Aluminum Alloy for Drone Frames?
Aluminum alloys (primarily 6061-T6 and 7075-T6) offer an optimal strength-to-weight ratio, essential for flight efficiency and payload capacity. Compared to carbon fiber or plastic alternatives, aluminum provides superior impact resistance, thermal conductivity, and electromagnetic shielding – critical for avionics and camera systems.

Our Manufacturing Edge
Progressive Stamping: We utilize high-tonnage presses with precision dies to blank and form complex frame geometries, including motor mounts, arm contours, and central plate cutouts. Stamping ensures consistent wall thickness and repeatability at scale.
Multi-Axis CNC Machining: Post-stamping, every frame undergoes CNC milling and drilling to achieve tight tolerances (±0.02 mm). Features such as wire management channels, stack mounting holes, and chamfered edges are machined in a single setup, reducing secondary operations.
Surface Finish: All frames receive a brushed or bead-blasted finish, followed by anodizing (clear, black, or custom colors) for corrosion resistance and durability.
Key Specifications (Example – Model AD-210)
Material: 6061-T6 aluminum (7075-T6 available upon request)
Arm thickness: 3.0 mm / 4.0 mm options
Frame size: 210 mm (motor-to-motor) – 450 mm
Weight (bare frame): 85 g – 280 g depending on size
Mounting pattern: 16×16 mm / 19×19 mm / 30.5×30.5 mm stacks
Motor mounts: 12 mm – 16 mm adjustable with slotted holes

Applications
These frames are suitable for FPV racing drones, aerial photography platforms, agricultural sprayers, and delivery UAVs. We also offer semi-custom modifications – such as additional cutouts for sensors or reinforced arms for heavy-lift configurations – with low minimum order quantities (MOQ 50 pcs for custom revisions).
Quality Assurance
Each batch is subjected to dimensional inspection using CMM, hardness testing (Rockwell or Brinell), and a sample assembly check. Our factory is ISO 9001:2015 certified, and we can provide material certificates upon request.
Availability & Lead Times
Standard frames are available from stock with a lead time of 3–7 business days. Custom designs require tooling (2–3 weeks for stamping dies) plus 10–15 days for machining and finishing.
