Common specifications:
The most commonly used handle lock cores come in two sizes: 70 mm (large), 70 mm (small), 68 mm (large), and 68 mm (small). Generally, there are lock cores made of aluminum alloy, zinc alloy, and copper.
Materials and characteristics of production:
The material of the handle lock can be divided into several types: space aluminum, stainless steel, copper die-casting, and zinc alloy. Space aluminum and stainless steel materials are advanced, and after surface treatment, they have a bright luster and a soft touch. Although they are corroded by sweat and moisture, they are not easy to fade or rust. Die cast copper handle locks are relatively thick and reasonably priced, while some low-quality zinc alloy handle locks are more prone to breakage when used. Due to the copper plating on the surface of zinc alloy handle locks, it is difficult to distinguish them from copper die cast handle locks when purchasing. You can use a scraper to repeatedly press the bottom plates of the two handle locks. The brass colored one is the copper die cast handle lock, and the silver white one is the zinc alloy handle lock.
