Installing the anti-theft door lock body is a process that requires meticulous operation, which mainly includes the following steps:
1. According to the installation size illustration of the anti-theft door lock body, drill the lock body installation hole on the anti-theft door.
2. Install the anti-theft door lock body into the hole position in turn, fix the screws, install the screws and connecting screws on the outer panel components, insert the linkage square rod into the square rod hole of the lock body, align the square hole of the outer panel component handle with the linkage square rod hole, and install the outer panel component.
3. Install the inner panel component, align and tighten the screws. Insert the lock body from the inside to the outside into the lock body lock hole, insert the screw from the lock body panel hole to align the lock body installation hole thread and tighten it. Install the lock box or lock plate on the door frame.
4. After the initial installation, turn the outer handle and inner handle to observe whether the oblique tongue can be retracted and extended smoothly. Turn the rear panel knob to feel whether the square tongue is retracted smoothly, insert the key and rotate it back and forth to feel whether the square tongue is extended and retracted smoothly.
5. After tightening each assembly screw, repeat the action and test several times. If the action is not smooth, loosen the screws and adjust the position until the unlocking is convenient and appropriate.
