There is a small hole near the lock tongue of the lock body. Use a screwdriver to push the lock tongue out through this hole. After pushing out the lock tongue, you can easily adjust the direction of the lock tongue by hand and rotate it 180 degrees. Be careful not to put your hand close to the edge of the lock tongue. After rotating, the lock tongue will enter the original hole. At this time, you can press it down several times by hand to see if it can bounce back flexibly.

What should I do if the bedroom door cannot be opened, but it is not locked?
1. When opening the bedroom door, if you find that its door handle can be turned, in this case you can see if the lock head of the bedroom door has retracted inward. If it has retracted inward, there may be a problem with the lock core. The only way is to ask the locksmith to come to solve it. Finally, the lock core needs to be repaired or replaced directly to ensure that similar problems will not occur in the future.
2. If you find that the lock core cannot bounce back, but you pull the lock core hard and it bounces back, it will not bounce out. In this case, the door lock cannot be opened. We can only pry open the door lock or you can climb in from the window next to it, or directly find a locksmith company to spend a little money to open the bedroom door.
3. Another situation is that when we close the door, we may accidentally open the safety bolt. If you close the door casually, it will cause the door to be unable to be opened. In this case, you can actually open the door with a key. If you don't have a key, you can also try to open the safety bolt with a card.
